Facility Manager - Lynfield Youth and Leisure CentreJoin our team as the Facility Manager at Lynfield Youth and Leisure Centre We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to dive into the role, building relationships, boosting utilisation, and getting our community amped up and active The role will commence 1st April 2025.Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, iwi, Auckland Council and the Puketapapa Local Board.Increase utilisation and design exciting programmes tailored to specific communities.Foster exceptional customer and staff relationships, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.Have good compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements, maintaining a professional and smooth operation.Skillfully manage risks and promote a safety-first culture, creating a worry-free environment for all.Administrative tasks, from planning and budgeting to staff management and organisation.Assist with Customer Service, Fitness Centre, or the Stadium as needed, showing your team spirit.Hours:This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job You'll enjoy the flexibility of full-time hours (40 per week) that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.If you're a high-energy leader with a passion for building relationships and engaging communities, we can't wait to hear from youApply now by submitting your CV and a cover letter that showcases your passion and suitability for this role to Sophia at ******: Only the most buoyant candidates with previous facility management experience will be contacted for interviews.
