As an Autonomous Crown Entity, we have an important role to play in guiding and supporting Kiwis, which we're fulfilling by building a strong, sustainable, and growing business.As a Senior Trustee in the PPPR Team, you will be the relationship manager for customers when Public Trust is appointed by the Family Court to act as Property Manager.
Your role is to manage their personal property and financial affairs.
You will ensure that our customers and relevant stakeholders are provided with exceptional customer experience in which their needs are identified through quality conversations, and they are offered appropriate solutions to protect their assets and promote their quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of PPPR customersMaintain regular contact with customersDeliver outstanding customer service and build trustKo wai koe | About youYou are an adaptable person who can move from different situations and conversations with ease.
