As a Senior Trustee in the PPPR Team you will be the relationship manager for customers when Public Trust is appointed by the Family Court to act as Property Manager. Your role is to manage their personal property and financial affairs. You will ensure that our customers and relevant stakeholders are provided with exceptional customer experience in which their needs are identified through quality conversations, and they are offered appropriate solutions to protect their assets and promote their quality of life.

You are an adaptable person who can move from different situations and conversations with ease. You use your initiative and are proactive in finding the best solutions for your clients.
- 4+ years trustee experience or equivalent
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- A high standard of personal integrity, discretion and tact, maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to handle pressure, demonstrate professional empathy and resilience and competence in managing challenging behaviours.
