Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Strategic Partnership and Fundraising Specialist to join our Board of Trustees. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our organisation, while also gaining valuable experience in governance, leadership, and fundraising.
Your RoleAs a Trustee, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision and mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- developing and improving income-generating activities;
- utilising your personal networks to create connections that could lead to funding relationships;
- coaching the Day One leadership team and other trustees in fundraising techniques;
- defining leadership roles, setting plans, policies, and maintaining high ethical standards;
- focusing on long-term goals and maintaining a helicopter view;
- monitoring and holding management accountable.
