Marketing Coordinator – Brand Execution & Campaign Support Location: Whangarei, New Zealand (with occasional travel to Auckland).

This hands-on role requires astrong ability to manage projects, organize logistics, and work on projects to ensure the timely delivery of marketing activities aligned with our strategy and budget.
The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic coordination with direct execution, ensuring that campaigns are delivered at a high standard.The role is based in Whangarei, with travel to Auckland to our Head Office (up to once per week/40 times per year) for team collaboration, client meetings, case study generation and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Coordination:Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing campaigns, new product launches, and brand activations.Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.Oversee campaign logistics, budgets, and timelines.Ensure all brand activations and marketing initiatives align with client expectations and strategic goals.Project & Stakeholder Management:Liaise with clients, suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to manage campaign deliverables.Coordinate photo/video shoots, case studies, and content creation to document campaign success.Work with external agencies for specialized services (e.g., design, media buying), while executing core tasks in-house.Marketing & Content Creation & Support:Assist with content creation for social media, marketing materials, and case studies.Support internal brand storytelling through compelling campaign documentation.Monitor marketing trends and industry developments to enhance campaign effectiveness.Travel & On-Site Engagement:Attend activations, events, and store/site visits to oversee execution and capture content.Travel to Auckland as required (max once per week) for team collaboration and client engagement.Skills & Experience RequiredA marketing/communications tertiary qualification2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related field.Familiarity and comfort with executing social media, content creation and campaign reporting will be advantageousStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Hands-on approach to doing and getting work done with a proactive, execution-focused mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.Understanding of or experience in retail marketing, brand activations, or consumer goods marketing is a plus.
