The multiple roles we are recruiting for each have a slightly different proposition focus: - The Lead within our Acquisition team will focus on driving connection uptake and investigating new market opportunities.

Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity Our Access business area is our consumer and small-medium enterprise powerhouse, with a core focus that's linked to our aspiration of 80% fibre uptake in Aotearoa.
We'll do this by partnering with our Retail Service Providers in their efforts to win new NZ fibre homes and businesses, connect them seamlessly, and keep them happy in the long run by providing the best experience possible.

As we expand our capability and talent in areas like acquisition, retention and optimising customer journeys, there are a number of new roles available.
We're looking for someone innovative to guide the development and execution of customer value propositions, product changes, and exciting new product launches that drive key connection and revenue outcomes.
As the leader and subject matter expert (SME) for the squad, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping what we focus on and why.
You'll take customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to craft compelling proposition concepts that resonate with our target audiences.
From bundling existing products and adding service enhancements to launching new offerings, you'll ensure that everything aligns with strategic goals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Analytics, Experience Design, and Product, to define and manage go-to-market plans.
This includes making sure budgets are allocated effectively and tracking their performance.
A big part of your role will involve leading the creation of business cases, launch plans, and communication strategies that set our propositions up for success.
Plus, you'll collaborate with the Access Leadership Team to prioritise initiatives through the Access roadmap, ensuring everything ties back to our broader strategy.
O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience We're looking for someone with deep experience (10+ years) and a proven track record of developing, launching, and optimising successful products and propositions that have led to increased customer uptake, market share, and profitability.
This role requires strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, particularly within an agile or squad-based model.
A strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, you'll be adept at using customer insights, market trends, and data to drive proposition development and decision-making.
You're naturally curious with a problem-solving mindset, who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement.
You will need exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
Your experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, along with your ability to align investments with expected ROI, will be key to your success.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll need to engage senior leadership and other stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
An understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the telecommunications or IT sector would be highly regarded.
