- Elevating guest satisfaction through efficient front office operations, thorough staff training, and implementing Front Office department minimum standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities encompass:
- Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to ROKI Collection's Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Leveraging leadership skills to guide team members in their daily duties and responsibilities.
- Providing timely and effective solutions to guest issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to:
- Schedule staff adequately to ensure excellent service delivery to guests at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for hotel management purposes.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel's management team to drive business growth and excellence.
The successful Luxury Hotel Operations Manager will be equipped with the following qualifications:
- A Diploma or higher-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
