Marrying technology and food, we are dedicated to serving quick, traditional, and authentic food from our AI vending machines that will cater to the appetites of all ages and at a price that screams value.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Executive / Account Executive / Business Development Executive who is a strategic thinker to drive business growth and can adapt quickly in a startup environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.RequirementsDiploma in any field.At least 1 year of experience in sales / business development.Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships is a great advantage.Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company's target.Strong business network and connections in Singapore.Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.Working Hours5 days work week.Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm.
