Spectrum is an industry leading supplier of products and services to the construction sector, supplying architectural metal products including balustrading, overhead glazing, louvres, handrails etc.
We have an opportunity in our Burbush, Hamilton based team for an additional Logistics assistant.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week between Monday and Fridays.
The main duties include; Inwards and Outward Goods Quality controlStacking & PackingStock placementAdministration Stock takesForklift DrivingLoading of trucks and trailers The ideal candidate will have.
Good organisational and time management skills.
The ability to operate effectively with minimum supervision.Ability to interact and communicate well with all other team members.Physically fit with good coordination and the ability to lift bulky objects up to 20kgs .Forklift driving experience with current forklift licence (We will consider you if your licence is expired but have good experience.
)Full clean NZ driver's license.Experience driving light trucks and towing large tandem trailers.Be currently living in New Zealand with a legal entitlement to work in New Zealand While experience within the Aluminium Fabrication industry is preferred, we do invite suitably qualified applicants for other industries to apply.
