As this role is hands-on, with no task too small, you will need a high level of drive and energy as well as be adaptable and versatile to juggle multiple tasks.
You will be confident in working independently whilst also collaborating on and contributing to ANZ-wide people programs, processes, and initiatives.A high level of initiative and a proactive approach is crucial to success in this role along with the ability to develop and foster relationships with leaders and employees.
You will have a sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and be confident in providing guidance and advice on employment relations and managing performance management processes and conversations.
