Accounts Receivable experience would also be advantageous.This interesting and varied position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours for the right candidate.
We are looking for a real team player with a can-do attitude.The role will be based in Hornby, working in a small team and reporting into the Finance and Operations Manager who is also based onsite.ResponsibilitiesAccounts payable processing including raising of purchase orders, and the matching of invoices;Maintenance and reconciliation of the AP ledger;Preparation of monthly/weekly vendor payments;Answering customer and supplier phone and email enquiries;Filing of accounts payable documentation;Reconciliation of supplier statements, both local and international;Liaise with staff from other sites, both in NZ and Australia;Compiling information and running reports to meet monthly reporting obligations;Provide general accounts and administrative support to the business, as required.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in both accounts payable and receivable;Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work to effectively meet deadlines;Experience using Pronto would be advantageous, but not essential;Experience using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel;Be highly trustworthy and reliable.We offer a commensurate salary package for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience who is looking for an opportunity to work in our World Class business.If you're interested in working in a friendly team environment, we are eager to hear from you.APPLY NOWWe are a NZ subsidiary of BPW Transpec, Australia, and part of the global BPW Group.For further information regarding CTS and BPW, our history and product portfolio, check us out on:https://www.bpwte.co.nz/https://www.bpw.de/enPlease note, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
