Professional Sales Limited is now hiring 3 Territory Managers to work in the greater Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago regions to lead ongoing sales project delivery.Professional Sales Ltd is a well-established sales and marketing company that offers complete solutions to clients in new customer acquisition, retention, lead generation, and brand development. Our innovative direct sales and marketing techniques yield strong customer acquisition results. We are in search of passionate and dedicated individuals with a proven record in ICT sales and marketing within the Door to Door Sales & Marketing industry.Your Responsibilities:Organizing, planning, directing, and coordinating sales and marketing operations in the market.Developing business plans and sales strategies that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Analyzing and reviewing budgeting, financials, and sales records.Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.Evaluating relevant data to determine customer service output.Scheduling sales activities and deploying teams, particularly with respect to new services, products, and campaigns.Handling the augmentation and implementation of sales approaches and setting sales targets to increase the company's market share and customer adherence.Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies.Handling complex and escalated customer service issues.Monitoring competitors, market conditions, services, and product development.Recruiting, developing, and training sales representatives with clearly communicated sales and overall performance standards.Developing training and conducting performance evaluations for sales representatives.Directing the development and implementation of strategies to boost consumption of services through the formation and reinforcement of brand image.Controlling the advancement and application of strategies to maintain the organization's image and prominence with its customers and the public.Ensuring that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct.Compliance with all relevant legislation policies.Pay and Hours:This is a full-time and permanent role with a guaranteed 30 hours per week, ranging from Monday to Saturday.The pay on offer will range from a minimum of $24/hour to a maximum of $28/hour based on skills and experience.An opportunity to earn an annual sales incentive targeted at $2,500 to $7,500 based on sales performance.Job Requirements:Creative flair with an ability to think innovatively.Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline is required.2 years of NZ experience in Direct Sales is required.Holding a limited or full NZ driver's license is required.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Confidence to interact with all levels of staff and management.The working hours will be 12 noon to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday; however, you may be required to work additional hours to meet personal and company KPIs.
