Apply now, interview and start next weekOn behalf of our tertiary education client, the Pond Recruitment is on the search for an accomplished Marketing Manager, with strong experience in the disciplines of Acquisition and Lead Generation (B2B & B2C).
This role is underpinned also by strong digital marketing practices, online paid media and will require the management of a team of four others.
The ideal person will be results driven, strong in data analytics, customer insights, and have had exposure to CX, customer buying or procurement journeys online.
As well, they will have strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
You'll be a passionate individual with great communication skills and an excellent work ethic.This managerial position is designed to inspire and develop the marketing team of four, which operates like an in-house agency.
This critical position involves providing leadership and direction to a diverse group of intermediate level marketers, ensuring they are well-integrated, highly motivated, proactive, accountable and effectively aligned with our internationalisation student acquisition strategy.
You will also receive strategic support from the Director of Marketing to whom you will report.In summary, this senior level marketing role will support our tertiary clients' strategic objectives for strong international student recruitment, acquisition and sales.Sound good?
