We're looking for a dynamic People and Culture Business Partner to make a lasting impact on our organisation's successReporting to the GM of Corporate Services, this role is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of people and culture solutions that align with company objectives and strategy.
This role is also responsible for providing business partnering to the company on a broad range of HR policies and practices.Responsibilities include:Participate in coaching, counselling, and advising management and staff to ensure resolution of employment related mattersEnsure knowledge of employment law is kept up-to-date and ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements among business unitsProviding interpretation and counsel line managers regarding policies, programmes and practicesPartner with internal stakeholders to implement strategies for employee engagement and retentionEnsure the HR processes and documentation keep pace with the company growth and objectivesCollaborate with leaders to set performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for skill developmentWork closely with leadership to assess and optimise organisational structure for efficiency and effectivenessDrive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovationReview and enhance communication materials and craft impactful letters, announcements, and communicationsSkills & experienceWe are looking for a people person who takes pride and pleasure in developing talent and creating engaging workplace cultures.
