Whether you're looking to improve a process or have an innovative idea awaiting a technology solution, we want you to bring your ideas to the table.We are a close-knit team that looks out for each other, works hard to get the job done, and encourages each other to grow – the perfect place for you to grow your careerRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding and offboardingImplement HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in the development and implementation of HR policiesUndertake tasks around performance management and organise annual employee performance reviewsGather and analyze data with useful HR metricEnsure compliance with labour regulationsAddress employees' requests and grievances in a timely mannerMaintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptionsLiaise with other departments or functions i.e.
payrollAssist in ad-hoc HR projects, e.g: a collection of employee feedbackPrepare HR reportsManage and oversee payroll matters for full-time and part-time staffManage Employee Communication matters including developing electronic direct mail (EDM)Manage vouchers and Gift cardsOrganise events e.g.
