The Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Onsite Operations Leader to oversee our devanning operations in Wiri. As an Onsite Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our crew, ensuring containers are unloaded efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of service for our clients. You will also be a key point of contact for both the client and crew, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the team's success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage devanning crews on-site, ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.Ensure all containers are unloaded efficiently and in line with client KPIs and expectations.Maintain clear communication and operational flow.Provide hands-on leadership to crews, offering guidance and support as required.Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with PPE and workplace safety standards.Report on daily operations, challenges, and productivity to the National Operations Manager.Train new team members and support their integration into the crew.Handle on-site operational challenges quickly and professionally.About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with a focus on leadership and people management. You are a strong communicator, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
