We are a devanning company based in Auckland Region. We are seeking a full-time devanning superstar to join our teams in the South and East Auckland area.

You will manage and run multiple devanning teams on one or more customer sites. you will be working alongside a team and our customers that are dedicated to getting large volumes of our products to our customers at the right time and in the right condition.

This is a physically demanding role requiring someone with a reasonable degree of strength to keep up with our fast-paced environment. This busy role will offer you a variety of tasks

30+ hours per work.
- Planning and manage daily workload.
- Responsible for new staff training if required.
- Creates and Maintain a positive working environment to improve staff productivity.
- Ensure all health & Safety requirements have been met (For every different site)
- Co-ordinates staff day to day basis according to the workload.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements & lead a team to achieve the targets within given timeframes.
- Collect reports from staff ( verbal or written) and report to Operations Director/Managing Director.
- \Veekly staff health & safety meeting to ensure staff is aware of any new hazards on site, so that task is completed safely
- Develop and maintain relationship with key customers and ensure team members understand customer needs/requirements.
- Record Container numbers & Staff timing and report daily.
- Prepare weekly staff time sheets.
- Conduct Monthly Toolbox meetings with staff.
- Take booking from customers for the next day/week and report.

**You need: -**
- Previous experience in Devanning (Not necessary, but preferred)
- Previous team leader/supervisor experience
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- MPI AP certified (preferred, not necessary)
- Attention to details and can do attitude
- Health and safety focused

Applicants must have NZ resident/citizen or valid work visa.

**Salary**: $29.66 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

- 12 hour shift

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
