Our aim is to provide our customers with a extensive range of quality product with the best service possible.About the roleWe currently seek an experienced Sales and Business Administrator to join our small agile team.
You will work in a fast paced, innovative environment with a need for attention to detail.You will be primarily responsible for managing business operational and sales administration activities, including:Quoting and order fulfilmentAccounting activities (accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and reconciliation)Supporting the business team with sales & marketing activitiesWebsite management (inquiries, product updates)What we are looking for?Great written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills (using Microsoft tools like Excel, Word and bespoke internal software) are a must.Ability to innovate, problem solve and contribute to activities to improve the efficient operation of the officePositive and enthusiastic attitudeSelf-motivated and ability to work autonomously by setting your own prioritiesAbility to multi-taskProven ability to develop positive working relationships with team members, customers and suppliers.Social media and digital marketing skills would be an added advantageAll applicants MUST have full rights to work in New Zealand.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years of accounts payable experience do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a Business Administrator?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?What's your expected annual base salary?
