About the role Join our dynamic team at The Finding Group as a full-time Receptionist/Client Services Manager based in Rosedale, Auckland. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our office. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful mannerHandling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and efficient mannerProviding administrative support, including maintaining reception area, cleaning the clinic, ordering supplies and creating resources.Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for key personnelSupporting the wider team with various administrative tasks as neededWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanourStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailProficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace and CanvaA team player with the ability to work collaborativelySelf motivated and prepared to take initiativeCommitment to providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we offer At The Finding Group, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your professional and personal development.
