In this dynamic and varied role, your expertise will directly contribute to Rockgas' strategic direction, business growth, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities of the role will include:Providing in-depth commercial and business analysis, modelling, reporting, and actionable insights and recommendations to the GM and Rockgas Leadership team in support of strategic objectives and to drive performance improvements in their areas of responsibility.Supporting the General Manager Rockgas to assess and get approval for strategic/growth opportunities for commercial projects/opportunities.Coaching our people leaders and their teams to build their commercial, business and performance analysis capabilities and understanding.Implementing KPI and BI reporting and insights.QualificationsAs well as being a great team player who takes pride in doing a great job you will have:Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline.Proven experience as a Commercial Business Partner in a national retail business.Excellent analytical & modelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Excellent commercial acumen and financial analysis and management skills.Proven ability to prioritise opportunities and manage processes to convert opportunities to revenue/sustainable growth.Excellent working knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques.Excellent oral and written communication skills including writing business cases and delivering/presenting papers at Board level.Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills at all levels of our organisation.Why you'll love working for us:At Rockgas/Clarus Group you're part of the team of talented specialists helping safely deliver the vital energy New Zealand needs to thrive today and in the future.
