Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Auckland based Customer Care Specialist to join the Customer Care Team, responsible for managing one of our largest Aerospace clients.Your RoleReporting to the National Customer Care Manager, you will be a key contact for this complex, yet rewarding, key account.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3-5 years import and export airfreight experience, and a strong passion for delivering customer excellence.
