To do that we need exceptionally talented, driven, curious and passionate future leaders – that's where you come inAbout the roleAs a Space & Range Strategic Projects Lead you'll lead the transformation of our existing Space Management practices to be more data-driven and technology-enabled to facilitate the delivery of world-class, sustainable, customer-driven Merchandise strategies. As part of a high-performing culture within our Customer Insights Team you will effectively influence key stakeholder partners by applying the latest customer insight, data, technology and category expertise.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Foodies' strategic transformation initiatives within Macro Space Optimisation and Planogram Automation.Develop and implement the roadmap and execution plan specific to the strategic initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category management, store operations, and IT, to ensure successful project execution.Work with third-party software providers to help develop the best solutions to enable greater use of customer data and maximise the capability of technology.Lead a team of Space & Range Analysts fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to proactively drive continuous improvement.About youYou'll be an experienced leader who is well-organised, pragmatic and a lateral thinker with an inquisitive mind with proven ability to manage change for the better.
