We are on the lookout for full-time senior chefs to join our Rolleston store.We currently require full-time (minimum 30 hours) senior chefs working rostered hours during days, nights, and weekends.
Joe's operates 7 days and 7 nights, meaning a wide range of hours are available.If you are a hospitality super star then fire through your CVJob Requirements:Experience in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment preferredMinimum two years of work experience as a chefExperience on grill and fryerStock control experienceGreat attitudeGreat team player, befitting of our fun and family cultureCan knuckle down and get the work doneHardworking and reliableKey Tasks:Cook all meat and heated food to standards required in the Joe's Bible and as requested by the customerCo-operate with the Second Chef (if Second and First sections are not both performed by you) and take correct plates from the passAssemble/plate and garnish meals to the highest standards of presentation in line with the Joe's BibleAppropriately inform front of house staff when meals are to be picked upAlways take the opportunity to complete prep work & clean when service is quietTraining new chefsWhat can Joe's Garage offer you?A role with like-minded workmates, who love our guests, love to serve, and have funGood hourly pay rate between $29.66-$32 depending on experienceActive social clubCompetitive remunerationOpportunity to upskill and progress through our well-established FranchiseEasy parkingJoe's is a progressive company that seeks to attract like-minded individuals who can embrace our systems, have fun, and grow with our business.
