You'll be accountable for leading continuous review of programmes and interventions through insights gathering and reporting, ensuring training and facilitation are fit-for-purpose, engaging, and impactful, and that opportunities for continuous improvement are realised.
We seek a conscious collaborator who enjoys teamwork and is willing to share knowledge and support coaching and development across the wider team of trainers.This role involves travel, so you must be flexible to travel and work away from home as needed.If you are truly passionate about organisational learning and development, and if you feel aligned to our Kaupapa purpose: Papatuanuku Thrives, then we want to hear from you.Minimum RequirementsWe'll be looking for evidence against the following lead requirements within your application:Qualification in adult education and/or demonstrable experience in the delivery of best practice training, facilitation, and coaching to diverse groups.Best practice knowledge and experience in training design.Capability and confidence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish enduring relationships at all levels.Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to coach and mentor others to develop their facilitation skills.Proficiency in using technology and systems to deliver online training.Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively review, evaluate, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training design.Comfortable engaging and working in partnership with iwi and Tangata whenua.A passion for Te Papa Atawhai's Kaupapa is essential, as well as an understanding of Maori Tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.DOC places importance on developing a culture where everyone can participate, thrive, and grow.
