With 45 locations and 2,000 clients worldwide, we build trust through innovation.As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, acting as a conduit between technology and the business for our clients.
Your strong analytical and project delivery skills will see you engage end-to-end from pre-sales and requirements elicitation through to solution design and implementation.Key Responsibilities include:End-to-end project engagement critically understanding clients' operations and systemsTranslating client requirements into technical specifications and translating designs into user storiesCreating business flowcharts or other visual aids to communicate changes to the business teamsDetermining potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibilityDeveloping project feasibility reports and presenting solutions to the clientDefining scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersPrioritizing features, defining project scope, and identifying risks.Planning and scheduling timelines and milestones for projectsDeveloping and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentationsProactively managing changes in scope, identifying potential crises, and elaborating contingency plansExecuting on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as requiredRequirements About you:Proven skills and experience within Financial Services5+ years of project delivery experience with experience in presales proposals and estimationHigh initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovationStrong consulting, client engagement, and communication skillsPrioritization and ability to provide oversight and engagement across multiple projectsStrong attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on work quality planningAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholdersSelf-managing and driven to achieve personal and company goalsPrevious Salesforce experience would be ideal but not essentialBenefits: Why join OSF Digital?As a Salesforce Platinum Partner, we offer cutting-edge projects with a global impact.
