We want someone who can drive innovation, delve into improving inefficiencies, and challenge our existing state, whilst embodying our values of Win Together, Find a Better Way, Own the Outcome & Enjoy the RideAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO & SLT, through your impressive organisational and proactive nature.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs before they're requested, manage complex schedules, and act as a trusted & confidential partner in ensuring efficient operations and decision-making.
Although we require this person to be based in Palmerston North for close proximity to our head office, we are able to provide some flexibility in the way of hybrid working throughout the week, including hours and type of employment - part time across 4-5 days will be considered.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate a dynamic and high-volume calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel.Screen and manage incoming emails and calls, flagging critical matters.
