As the EA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Group Director Operation's office, ensuring communications are efficient and support the application of all Health New Zealand policies, processes, and tools, including proactive issues management and relationship management to enable priorities and business objectives to be successfully achieved.You will also be responsible for:Proactive stakeholder relationship managementActing and communicating on behalf of the Group Director OperationsActively managing future milestonesPlanning and managing events, workshops, and meetings, including minute taking where requiredAbout youWe are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic EA who can work at pace, manage critical priorities, and provide seamless administration support whilst maintaining high professional standards.
The successful candidate will need to be professional, flexible, adaptable, resilient, and responsive, and be able to work under pressure.
