Our Fleet Administration Support role is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
There is flexibility on the hours of work per day, just let us know your preferences in your application.
The role is based in the office at our Penrose Transport branch.
Key responsibilities of the role:  Health & Safety records, observations, contractor management and documentation for reporting Vehicle and MHE utilisation Reporting for fleet audits and fuel usage Administrative tasks such as data entry, service documentation for our fleet and its maintenance Updating and maintenance of the national fleet database Minimum 2 years experience in the Logistics Industry or in an admin/coordinator role Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) Exceptional customer service, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
