About role This is a full-time, permanent position.
Experience in or willingness to work within different areas of Technology would be beneficial.
Please state any areas of interest.
Immediate start or by negotiation.
Teach specialist Technology Year 10 to Year 13 (please state your areas of interest).
Teach Middle College General Technology Programmes Year 7-9.
Contribute to Technology based Co-curricular clubs.
Pastoral care of Year 11 students.
Contribute to the planning of Curriculum Refresh.
Skills & experience Enthusiastic about the Technology curriculum at its potential for integrated Technology programmes of study.
Bring new ideas across different areas of Technology and incorporate them into a progressive Faculty.
Experience of NCEA Technology.
Collaborative, with a willingness to research and share creative and new practices.
Willingness to teach across a range of Technology areas from year 7-9 as part of a large team of experienced Technology teachers.
Passionate about the progression of Digital Fabrication equipment such as laser cutters, CNC machines, 3D printers and have the desire to grow the use and breath of equipment in the well-resourced Faculty.
