OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.DutiesPrepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.Assist in maintaining food safety standards and cleanliness in line with health regulations.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for order processing.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service.SkillsPrevious experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.Understanding of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards.Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.A friendly disposition with strong communication skills to engage positively with customers.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Join us as we create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional serviceJob Type: Part-timePay: Up to £11.50 per hourAdditional pay:TipsSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
