We provide fantastic training and support to our staff, and you'll work with an experienced and knowledgeable team.The RoleAs a Retail Coordinator, you will hold a unique and varied position.
Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor.
As a fun and energetic team member, your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service.Specific Duties IncludeLeading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customersMaintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in-store promotionsEnsuring high store presentation standardsAssisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked.Skills And ExperiencePrevious retail experience is essential for this role, ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising.
