You will be part of the Finance and Assets team that delivers outcomes across the Councils' two largest enterprise platforms.This position would suit a person with an interest in large, community centric organisations as the role contributes to a community-focused council.
You'll thrive in this role if you're a natural communicator and problem solver who can balance technical knowledge with the ability to engage with our internal stakeholders.
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude is essential to fit into the supportive and collaborative culture.Typically, you will be involved in:Collaboration with the Platform Manager to maintain a roadmap of change for the platforms in your area of influence.Collaborate with specific stakeholders to determine backlog priorities for approved work.Be an active advocate for digital transformation, customer/staff experience.Manage and maintain the backlog of work.Ensuring user stories – focused on outcomes, rather than solutions.Lead and assist the team with task estimation.Lead and manage sprint planning and execution.Support the design and architecture of solutions, including a hands-on technical ability.Understand Digital Services and organisation's strategic direction and communicate that effectively to all levels of staff.Serve as the voice of the customer and report ROI, risk analysis and product effectiveness.Act as a team mentor, coach, planner, and advocate of fast and flawless experience.QualificationsOo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experienceProfessional certification in user centric design.Leading SAFe 6.0 Certification.Lean Six Sigma Certification.Prosci Change Management Certification.A tertiary qualification in business, IT, or similar relevant discipline.5-10 years proven experience in the development and delivery of digital delivery in a SAFe operating model.5+ years proven experience operating within a platform team operating model.3+ years of technical experience delivering hands-on change into the key technology sets within your platform team – EG: Authority 7.1, ARCGIS, Azure Modern Data Platform, SAP C4.5-10 years' proven experience in supporting and/or the development of CX/UX strategies.Additional InformationHe aha te wariu o te utu kaimahi?
