The Opportunity We're looking for a reliable Accounts Administrator to keep our Accounts Payable and Receivable portfolios up-to-date while managing daily admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities * Accounts Payable: Reconcile packing slips and invoices, scan and process payments, handle foreign exchange transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
* Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices, send statements, manage bank reconciliations, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve queries.
* Administration: Process credit applications, reconcile EFTPOS transactions, manage cash banking, and assist with month-end tasks.
What You Need to Succeed * Proven experience in a similar role, with proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, Coupa etc.).
* Strong deadline management skills and accuracy.
* A sense of humour and cheerful disposition.
* Willing to assist other departments as needed and go the extra mile.
* Loyal, honest, reliable, confidential, a positive team contributor.
