We have some important work to do to improve the experiences of people and customers. Youll be a part of Customer Experience Design team whose purpose is to co-create great experiences that make a meaningful difference to Aucklanders who work live and play in Tmaki Makaurau.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

The role will also be responsible for the uplift of capability and thought leadership in the field of Behavioural Science across the business.

Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Take a structured, evidenced-based approach to solving complex problems
- Plan, develop and co-design interventions, design and run trials, together with key stakeholders.
- Analyse behavioural trial results and make recommendations.
- Conduct literature searches, assess the context and barriers to desired behaviours, ideate and contribute to the design of behavioural change interventions.

**Ko koe tnei | About you**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Behavioural Economics or a related discipline desired
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role and/or industry is requird
- Applied qualitative research capability (ethnography/ design thinking)
- Quantitative research and evaluation skills
- Highly developed communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Lean UX and/or Agile methodologies
- Collaborative work ethic and attitude
- Creativity, problem solving skills
