Job Description:Summerset Cambridge is looking to recruit an experienced Property Assistant to join our Property team.
Summerset is one of the largest retirement village operators in New Zealand.
We're passionate about providing quality service to our clients and we are growing quickly, with 30+ villages from Whangarei down to Dunedin.
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of property maintenance at our Cambridge village.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team and take considerable pride in the standard of their work.
What will your responsibilities be? Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentationEnsuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands Qualifications:Who are we looking for? Someone who is able to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasksDIY and maintenance experienceWell organised and efficientAbility to work unsupervisedValid driver's licence Additional Information:What does Summerset have to offer? A friendly and supportive teamA job that enables you to make a real differenceInteresting and varied workUniform providedThis is a FULL-TIME role, working a minimum of 40 hours.
