Maintenance Specialist

As a Property Maintenance Person at Radius Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents. This part-time position requires 15 hours of work per week, spread across two days.
Main Responsibilities:- Address maintenance-related issues and perform necessary repairs
- Liaise with contractors to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Maintain presentation of properties to a high standard
- Accurately record-keeping according to Disability Sector Standard and Building Compliance Act
In addition to your core responsibilities, there is potential to take on administrative and social activities within the villas community. These tasks may include creating newsletters, communication materials, preparing meeting minutes, and assisting with organizing social events.
