You'll drive training, development, and innovation.Be the strategic mastermind behind logistical solutions, ensuring smooth operations across sales, imports, and the entire branch.Take charge of financial administration, setting goals, managing P&L, and forecasting growth to expand our market share.Streamline processes and identify areas for improvement.Ensure we meet compliance standards as a NZ Customs Bonded warehouse and MPI Transitional Facility.Champion health and safety, fostering a positive work environment.Oversee our satellite branch in Tauranga.Who We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to take your career to the next level.Background in International Furniture Removals or Logistics (Sea & Air).Strong leadership, sales focus, and customer-centric approach.Exceptional communication and employee management skills.Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word) for effective reporting, forecasting, and process improvement; knowledge of in-house database Moveware is advantageous.Integrity, respect for diversity, and a passion for excellence.What You'll Get:Competitive salary package with bonus opportunities for hitting KPIs.Laptop and mobile phone to stay connected and in control.Be part of a fantastic, supportive team that loves what they do.Join a positive work culture with happy staff and even happier customers, reflected in our glowing Google reviews.
