### **Key Responsibilities:** 1.
**Communication Strategy Development:** - Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies aligned with Exelon's organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and objectives.

**Content Creation:** - Craft compelling content for various platforms including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Ensure all communication materials are engaging, consistent, and adhere to Exelon's brand guidelines.

**Stakeholder Engagement:** - Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication campaigns that enhance stakeholder engagement and community relations.

**Media Relations:** - Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, pitching stories and managing public relations efforts.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding Exelon and provide insights for adjustment of communication strategies as needed.
5.
**Analysis and Reporting:** - Analyze communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on engagement metrics and campaign performance to share with team members and stakeholders.
6.
**Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with colleagues to ensure a unified approach to communications and share insights that promote a collaborative working environment.
- Support training initiatives and professional development sessions focused on enhancing communication skills across teams.
7.
**Crisis Communication:** - Assist in the development of crisis communication plans and support the execution of strategies during emergency situations or public concerns.
### **Qualifications:** **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
**Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively.
