At OCS we offer our customers full professional clean and facilities management services throughout the South Island and New Zealand. We would like you to join our professional Team, based in Nelson region. If you an experienced cleaner and are looking to further your career and step into a specialist cleaner role, then we would like to hear from you. The role is 40 hours per week.

**The Role**:
As a Specialist Cleaner, you will be required to complete all duties associated with standard cleaning as well as, detailing cleaning, scrubbing, strip & seal if required. Window washing & other Specialist Cleaning duties as required. This role may also be involved in high risk cleans (Bio & trauma cleans)

This is a Full-Time role and work is carried out at all different times of the day and week so flexibility is a must. Must be reliable, have excellent work ethic, be able to work within a team as well as by yourself.

We will provide you with all the training, uniform, safety PPE gear and equipment you need to ensure your success. If you're not afraid of physical work and love the feeling of doing a job well, this could be your place to shine.

**Requirements**:

- Have your own transport
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Be able to communicate verbal and written English
- Be able to carry out moderate to heavy labour
- Be well presented, proactive and able to work well on your own
- Be able to follow instructions
- Have an eye for detail
- Be able to pass Ministry of Justice checks and any other relevant security checks
- Be able to successfully complete a full NZ Police vetting process.
