Delight both our internal and external customers with an extraordinary experience in every single interaction. This role will be an on-site position, Monday to Friday business hours.What will I do?Exceptional Customer Support: Personalized assistance for clients in person, warmly welcoming visitors to our vibrant campus, while ensuring all staff and client inquiries are promptly addressed. Manage incoming calls and emails with a commitment to delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.Primary Escalation Point: Acting as the frontline for resolving client matters on campus, we're committed to swiftly and effectively addressing queries, ensuring everyone's needs are met without delay.Sales Support Expertise: From crafting quotes and engaging with clients through various channels to managing inquiries and generating new leads, our sales support activities drive business growth and client satisfaction.Administrative Assistance: From entering and analyzing course evaluations to updating student records and managing office supplies, we meticulously handle administrative tasks that support a seamless learning experience.Efficient Bookings and Accounts Management: Whether it's adding contacts to Edgar, merging accounts, or creating opportunities and quotations, our proficiency in managing bookings and accounts ensures streamlined operations for everyone involved.What have you accomplished?At least 3 years of prior experience in customer serviceAt least 3 years of administration experienceCompetency in office managementProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookFamiliarity with the Learning and Development IndustryExpertise in customer service best practicesProficiency in O365 and cloud-based toolsWhy are we the right fit for you?Generous remunerationWe are learning obsessed; attend all our courses at your fingertips free of chargeWe are people centered; access products, tools, resources and leave to keep you and your family happy and healthyWe are change makers; we operate collectively under 5 impact areas of people, customers, governance, environment and communityWe celebrate you; our people do incredible work and deserve great rewardsLumify's culture is driven by a shared passion for change.
