As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality service. You'll lead a team of five, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and play a crucial role in the continued success of our business. Key responsibilities will include:Managing, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient.Overseeing order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
