Support production with necessary service, training, and process to execute projects with safety and quality and on time.About the job:Be responsible for:Ensure equipment and tools are serviced and maintained in a safe wayEnsure SOPs are available for maintenance and production for equipment and tools operationEnsure and drive maintenance team skills and knowledgeEnsure all legal and company processes are followed with complianceEnsure TPM program is developed and implemented for key equipmentEnsure optimization of cost of services and spare parts / cooperate with sourcing and other stakeholders to support further cost optimizationEnsure proper setup of KPIs and drive improvement actionsSupport production based on ALPS and LSS toolsSupport and execute Digital projects / play an active role in digitalization, automation and robotizationWhat you know:Competencies / Profile:Strong safety and compliance mindsetGood communicatorSystematic and organizedPersistent and thoroughGood technical insightService mindedGood basic understanding of manufacturing methodologiesMin.
Green Belt Six Sigma (Nice to have)Good understanding of lean toolsQualifications & experience:Mechanical/industrial engineerExperience in managing maintenance team in an international companyGood English skillsGood computer skillsGood understanding of ERP (AX&D365)5+ years working in a similar position in a similar industryExperience in an international company
