Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Region's Senior Leadership Team and lead the East Waikato Network Outcomes Contract (EW NOC). The successful candidate will have extensive experience in New Zealand road maintenance contracts and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the EW NOC project team to deliver high-quality maintenance services.Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes.Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative long-term working relationships.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in New Zealand road maintenance contracts.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to make strategic decisions using commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated client focus with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, as well as knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in a dynamic environment.
