While the following qualities are ideal, we are willing to invest in training for the right person.Charisma and high energy – this role can be demanding and requires enthusiasm.A strong operational understanding – to navigate the freight industry effectively.Exceptional communication skills – the ability to pick up the phone and communicate news, good or bad.Relationship-building skills – to establish and maintain strong connections with customers.Meticulous attention to detail – accuracy is critical.Time management skills – balancing weekly admin tasks with tight deadlines.Initiative and adaptability – acting as a dependable intermediary between the sales team on the road and the depot base.Problem-solving skills – outstanding ability to find solutions.Professionalism – conduct and presentation that reflects our brand.Competitiveness – a drive to win in the market.Sales passion – enthusiasm for driving growth and expanding our reach.Preferably with significant freight sales experience.High-level tasks and responsibilities include:Winning and retaining new business to drive growth and ensure long-term success.Customer reporting and championing key accounts.Responding to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.Engaging with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.Creating quotes and managing customer implementations.Operating internal systems and processes to complete daily tasks efficiently.Sales within MOVe offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the supply chain and build a career within the group.We're looking for a career-oriented team member who is serious about helping expand our brand by winning and retaining business.
