We want skilled and experienced tractor, harvester, and machinery operators to join our team in Gisborne. The ideal candidate will live and breathe all things ag, have excellent operating skills and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You'll also have a great attitude and sense of humour, be a problem solver and keen to get stuck in with no mucking around. At LeaderBrand, we're embracing new growing practices and the latest advances in agricultural mechanisation, automation and digital technology, and we're looking for people to come along for the ride.
About The RoleLeaderBrand is a powerhouse in New Zealand's veggie and salad production, family-owned and leading the charge from our three farms. We're on the hunt for dedicated team members to join our skilled crew at our Gisborne farm.
You'll be part of a strong team that lays the groundwork for the successful growing of top-quality veggies and salads using a mix of standard and specialised equipment and technology. If you're capable of operating various equipment and thrive on the ever-changing and challenging ag environment, we want you on our team
