Barista/ Café Supervisor

The Jolly Miller Café is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Barista across multiple locations, offering work-life balance and flexible rosters.
01st November, 2024We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Gisborne store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service
Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with overseeing and supervising day-to-day operationsEnsuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specificationsMaintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller productsProviding exceptional customer service and being a role model for your teamFostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and teamwork within the storeFollowing all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all moniesBarista duties including latte artBaristas who apply should be able to: Adjust and correct machine and grinder settingsHave experience making all types of espresso coffeeProduce consistent, high-quality coffee with latte artHandle daily opening and closing of the coffee machineSupervise daily operations and large teamsWork autonomously and as part of a teamExhibit excellent presentation and customer service skillsWhat we offer: A great team environmentOpportunities for growth and career progressionWork-life balanceExperienced and professional management and operational supportIf you have a passion for producing amazing coffee, we'd love to hear from you
