This exciting leadership opportunity as Front Office Manager, is overlooking both properties, working closely with the Rooms Division Manager.
Job Description The duties of the Front Office Manager:
To achieve a market-leading reputation for customer-focused service in a hotel's Front Office.Manage guest arrivals and departures with a customer-centric approach.Communicate and work closely with our owners, guests and leadership team to ensure a smooth experience for all.Be an active ambassador & recruiter, leading and training our teams in Accor's Global Loyalty Program - ALL.Efficiently manage all Front Office services and prioritize guest needs.Ensure timely maintenance requests and prioritize guest satisfaction.Operate a precise night audit, prepare monthly reports, and liaise with departments for quality control.Qualifications Front Office Experience: Previous Front Office experience is essential.Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of Management experience.Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team.GM Certificate: Possession of or the ability to obtain a current GM Certificate.Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role and capacity.Skills & Attributes: Strong Opera knowledge, personable nature, excellent communication, a passion for developing others and strong leadership skills.Additional Information Permanent Full-time role - 40 hours per week - Salary of $70,000 per year.Learn your Way - Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you LearnWork Your Way - Flexibility to ensure a work-life balanceIncredible Accor Heartist Benefits - including discounted Food & Beverage + Accommodation Worldwide.Accor's refer-a-friend bonus.Accor's Parental Leave Scheme.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
