**Job Description**:
The Front Office team are the first smile our guests encounter. In this role you will:

- Lead the Front Office team with leadership, care and confidence during the pre-opening & post-opening phase of the Hotel.
- Empowering, building and developing a high service-focused team to create memorable guests experiences.
- Management of the day to day operations of the Concierge & Front Office teams.
- Drive a whole hotel approach of recognition, reward, and recruitment for our loyalty program
- Focusing on team development to ensure our team are continuously learning and broadening their skills

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar role within a Premium or Luxury Hotel Brand
- Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and developing talent
- You will be professional, guest centric, innovative, flexible and have a true passion for our guest service experience
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS
