You will support the food safety, quality, and compliance activities across the site to ensure we produce, distribute, and sell products that are safe, of the highest quality, and meet customer expectations.To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:Maintain and update quality management system to meet legislative, industry, and best practice standards.Monitor and analyze customer complaints, provide a response, and report on trends to the wider business.Conduct Internal Audits and play a supportive role in the facilitation of External Audits.Partner with production and engineering to deliver on food safety and quality objectives, providing technical guidance.Is this the right role for you?To make this role a success, we are looking for someone with a background in Quality and an understanding of food safety and quality principles, preferably with experience of operating in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.What we would like to see in your application:Experience in a quality manufacturing or FMCG environment with experience with HACCP and Internal Audits.Understanding of food safety and quality principles, along with an understanding of food production processes and food regulation.A Degree in Sciences/Food Science/Technology would be desirable but not essential.Strong stakeholder engagement skills to engage with production and engineering to increase quality focus.What we offerYou will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
