Add expected salary to your profile for insightsKey Responsibilities:Manage the ongoing relationship with an assigned portfolio of customers, seeking to understand their strategic objectives and prioritiesWork with clients to roadmap their technology strategies using enterprise architecture experience in a sales context, adding leadership and strategic value to our customers' technology roadmapsBring value and industry expertise to customers, positioning Fusion5 as a trusted and strategic partner that enables their organisation's growth and achievement of organisational objectivesStrategic solution selling, focusing on consulting services and software license opportunitiesMeet sales targets and be the relevant escalation point for any major customer issuesDevelop strategies to grow awareness and adoption of Fusion5 solutions and services across our platform of solutions and offeringsOrchestrate executive and Solution specialist introductions and engagements between your customers and Fusion5, across multiple business unitsManage licensing renewals 90 days in advance, confirming solution commitment and identify upsell opportunities to maximise renewal and growthDevelop and maintain account plans with your assigned customer portfolioMaintain and expand relationships with key contacts in your account base through frequent customer meetingsNurture and maintain a strong relationship with our core vendors.The Successful Applicant Will:Have proven experience in enterprise account management and business solution selling (ideally in technology advisory, ERP or Enterprise CRM platforms)Have demonstrable evidence of managing complex strategic key accounts and achieving year-on-year targets with forecasting accuracyHave experience using a consultative approach to understand customers' key strategic drivers and mapping solutions to theseHave excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with high EQHave a confident, polite, and professional manner, demonstrate proficiency in building relationships and experience in dealing with a wide range of senior and mid-level decision-makersEngage internal service and stakeholders in a professional manner and communicate well (in a timely manner) with customers on our deliveryBe responsible for updating Account Management calls, account plans and other key information in the CRMThrive on identifying potential solutions, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering top quality account management serviceBe energetic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.Benefits:Competitive salary packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementHybrid work arrangements (ability to WFH 2 days PW)Supportive and collaborative team environmentAccess to cutting-edge technology solutions and tools.About Fusion5Fusion5 provides business solutions that add real commercial value to our customers.
